Following a radical shift in the direction of my life, I devoted the next 25 years to studying human potential. My life’s work has focused on the creation of organic human technologies that liberate subtle energy in the body and awaken the brain. I am an Integral Metatheorist and use the integral framework to support all of my creations. I am a leading theorist in the evolution of consciousness, culture, and the brain. As the founder of The New Human University™, Source Code Meditation, and the Higher Brain Living® technique, I have more than 30 years’ experience in personal and cultural transformation. I hold a doctorate in Chiropractic.

I bring extensive experience as a clinician, clinical supervisor and educator to this faculty role, where I am dedicated to assisting in the development of members of the New Human University through a deep understanding of Types in integral theory, particularly through the lens of personality. Over three decades of experience includes extensive work with the Enneagram (the 9 Types Personality Typing System or NPS). I enter this faculty position after extensive engagement in Michael Cotton’s programs, including completion of Praxis Alethia, the Metamodern Mystery School. Other professional interests include archetypal psychology, integral theory, art-based approaches to treatment and research, human sexuality, resonance and ancient artifacts.

I’ve been involved in this cutting edge, transformative work since 2015 when I became certified as a Mastery Level Higher Brain Living Facilitator. I live in NYC where I own and operate a successful wellness center. My studies in Classical Acupuncture, nutrition and various forms of bodywork and massage have all been a part of my life’s journey in looking and longing to find greater meaning, truth and purpose in life. Having a greater understanding of who and what we are and what we are capable of as we become the New Human has impacted every aspect of my life in ways I couldn’t have even imagined before I started on this path. This precious life process never ceases to leave me in a state of awe as I keep studying, practicing Source Code Meditation, and surrounding myself with others who have not settled for a life of mediocrity.

Regardless of the size of the boat we are in, we each have the opportunity to grab the steering wheel and direct the course it takes.

My journey with Source Code Meditation began in 2021, and it quickly transformed my life. I am a graduate of PraxisAletheia Class of 2023, a facilitator-in-training in Higher Brain Living® and an MA/PhD candidate in Source Code Alchemy: Theory and Practice. As a lifelong seeker of higher truth, I’ve found my home in this work that elegantly bridges science and spirituality, offering a life-changing deep dive into Source Code Meditation and the 9 Summits of Transformation. Coming to know yourself as the divine truly changes everything. 

With 16 years of experience as an RN/BSN, I’ve guided patients through challenging times and mentored students and new nurses, fostering their growth. Today, as a mind-body holistic health coach and certified medical intuitive, I continue to help others explore and develop all dimensions of themselves, empowering them to create healthier, happier, and more fulfilled lives. As I continue to Mentor each incoming PraxisAletheia class, I am honored to guide you on your own transformative journey to wholeness and self-discovery.

PraxisAletheia resonated with me profoundly, aligning with my motto: “treading the mystic path with practical feet”.  I look forward to continued growth through pursuing a Master of Arts in Source Code Alchemy: Theory & Practice.

The mystic path, for me, has been a masterclass on Surrender. And I’ve found that the right teachers came at the right time, providing the catalyst for further growth. The New Human University is part of that pattern of providence. 

As a graduate of PraxisAletheia 2024, and now Mentor with the 2025 cohort, it is my intention to support each student in ways that catalyze their progress. Transformation is a process—each level achieved can unravel unless anchored in a consistent practice that propels you toward self-mastery in a way that honors your unique life path.  For me, The New Human University is really about the truth that transformation of each Human leads to The Evolution of Humanity.
