Measuring HBEST Results

The Higher Brain Living® system teaches, in part, a Higher-Brain energy surge technique, or HBEST, for activating higher functions of the prefrontal cortex for multiple specific purposes. In the absence of a specific purpose, HBEST can be performed as a general purpose technique for activating the higher functions of the brain on any occasion. The effects of HBEST on the Higher Brain (generally, the prefrontal cortex) can be observed with EEG measurements of beta-wave activity in the PFC.

Renowned neurofeedback clinician, Dr. Penny Montgomery, performed EEG on a Higher Brain Living client before, during, and after an abbreviated Higher Brain Living Session, which are normally 30-45 minutes in duration. Dr. Montgomery recorded both beta-wave frequencies (12.5 and 30 Hz).

The following two images are EEGs of beta-wave activity in the PFC of a Higher Brain Living client before and after HBEST.  The captions on the images report the timing and units of the measurements.

Measuring Higher Brain Living® Session Results

Higher Brain Living facilitators are trained to awaken inner organic technology for other people. Upon awakening inner organic technology, the higher brain begins a process of self-activation and self-promotion of higher brain functions.
