Evolution in PraxisAletheia

The name of The Metamodern Mystery School — PraxisAletheia — has origins in the Greek language and means “a practice that reveals the truth” and the data shows that the school is living up to the name. The year is not yet complete, but we’ve collected self-assessments from students at the beginning and end of each quarter, and while there is more analysis required, preliminary data analysis indicates significant & major changes from the start of the year through the 3rd Quarter.

The core technology of the Metamodern Mystery School is expressed through a daily practice — a praxis — which awakens an inner organic technology (IOT) within the human body which is correlated with metabolism in the higher structure-functions of the brain, including the higher functions of the prefrontal cortex. Over time, higher states of functioning (cognitive, emotional, and higher consciousness) positively impact the life process, which makes life more comprehensible, manageable, and meaningful.  The current analysis of the data — while still preliminary — seems to bear out these assertions.

In the following preliminary analysis of 3rd Quarter data, we plot both Mystical Experience Questionnaire (MEQ) and Sense of Coherence (SoC) against self-reported expression of Inner Organic Technology (IOT).

Inner Organic Technology

The degree to which Inner Organic Technology is expressing itself is assessed by students based on their subjective experience of various modes:

1. SalutoGenic Breath Expansion
2. SalutoGenic Breath Rhythm
3. SalutoGenic AutoWave
4. SalutoGenic Double Helix (an advanced, “esoteric” expression only taught in PraxisAletheia)

Since the beginning of 2021, the overall expression of Inner Organic Technology increased on average in ALL students by 38%, while in NEW students, who had never had expression of SalutoGenesis before enrolling in PraxisAletheia, the expression of Inner Organic Technology increased by 328%.

Mystical Experiences

The Mystical Experience Questionnaire is a validated scale that measures inner experiences across 4 factors:

1. Mystical – Inner & Outer Unity, Sacredness, Noetic Quality
2. Positive Mood
3. Transcendence of Space and Time
4. Ineffability

Since the beginning of 2021, the overall Mystical Experience increased on average in ALL students by 42%, while in NEW students, who had never had expression of SalutoGenesis before enrolling in PraxisAletheia, the Mystical Experience increased by 821%.

Sense of Coherence

The Sense of Coherence (SoC) is a measure of how well a person is interacting with the life process. SoC is a self-reported measure of:

1. Comprehensibility of Life
2. Manageability of Life
3. Meaningfulness of Life
